ABOUT ME

In college was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers and went to the west coast to their rookie training camp. In my second year of playing minor league baseball I injured my ankle and being on crutches resumed my passion for painting and studied under California artist Bert Carter. I entered numerous art shows where I continued to win ribbons for my work, as well as selling oil paintings to hundreds of clients throughout the United States, Canada, the UK, and Switzerland.

In the early 70’s corporate America got a hold of me. Now I am thrilled you’re here—because we’re a lot alike, you and me. We’re both trying to make a life we love out of what we do. Which means neither of us can avoid one dreaded concept… self-promotion. As a small business owner, I know firsthand how stressful marketing yourself and your business can be. Well, not anymore. I created www.MarketingTrafficSecrets.com with information, tools, and strategies that will get you more traffic, more leads and more sales—for less stress and zero drama to help you market your business. www.MarketingTrafficSecrets.com is a website with hours of training information to help your business grow. Keep reading to find out how I got here, where I was going, and where I can take YOU. I love what I do. (And enjoy helping other people succeed with their business online and hanging out at the beach.” Shhh!)

I grew up in a very blue-collar household; my dad and mom owned a small carpet and cleaning business in Independence, Missouri where I worked in my high school and college days. The number-one lesson my parents taught me was to find a way, anyway, to become your own boss as well.

After 10 years in the automotive aftermarket, I entered into the retail auto business where I moved up the ladder and eventually became the General Operations Manager for both the auto business and the marina business. My income was substantial, my responsibilities were large and my free time was zip! Even with the income I was making I was still working for someone else, and I couldn’t help thinking of what my parents always said. I was away from my family when I wanted to be with them badly—

My ideas were sometimes overshadowed—inevitable in a corporate America company. Now I really had no time of my own. This is where I began my search for an alternative and the Internet was my answer.

My biggest worry, though? Once I reached a certain point, there was no more “up.” So I decided to burn my bridge in corporate America. My research on the Internet sparked the excitement that the Internet could give a solution to my situation and my desire to be my own boss, do what I wanted to do when I wanted to do it and where I wanted to do it. And so I did! I burned my bridge, and left an executive position in the auto and marina business to start my own Internet business. It was scary and exhilarating and stressful and wonderful all at once: everything starting a business should be.

I started www.MarketingTrafficSecrets.com journey with many long hours learning, applying and many times failing. I started to blog, too—and record my first cringe-worthy videos. But even those early videos were game-changers.

I went back to my early career as an artist in the year 2013 and applied my marketing and SEO knowledge to marketing my oil paintings. My paintings are now enjoyed by collectors throughout the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, and Switzerland.

I have hundreds upon hundreds of Google Page #1 rankings all designed to drive traffic to my website  www.LloydDobsonArtist.com The various steps I shared is what I use to obtain my domination of the “Digital Real Estate”  www.MarketingTrafficSecrets.com
